Job Description

Plan and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales across retail outlets
Ensure proper product placement, shelf display, and stock availability in alignment with brand guidelines
Coordinate with store managers and retail staff to implement promotional activities and visual displays
Monitor sales performance and provide input on inventory planning and restocking
Collect and analyze market feedback to improve product assortment and display strategies
Prepare merchandising reports and assist in meeting sales and marketing goals
Maintain regular visits to retail locations for merchandising audits and execution
