Job Description
To drive merchandise plan through a consistent focus on defining and monitoring location wise inventory and sales performance. Manage merchandising and allocations, to optimize store assortments. Ensure that the merchandise financial targets are met including tracking and managing the open-to-buy sales and inventory.
- Coordinate in preparing sales targets, Label targets and sharing them with teams of each channel
- Plan following
- Location wise MBQb) Review and periodically revise MBQs based on increase/decrease in ROSc) Plan replacement of sold out SKUs.
- Prepare sell thru, color analysis, new launch analysis, etc for reviews.
- Plan and prepare monthly order of Core items for Factory
- Identify and suggest liquidation plan for Slow movers
- Identify merchandise for RTV at the end of each season
- Responsible for planning and executing replenishment cycle.
- Coordination with partners on merchandise issues and opportunities
- Identify top sellers and highlight reordering if required.
- Identify slow movers and suggest action including markdowns
- proactive approach to address varainces against planned objective
