This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser at AGASHE Multidesigner Store located in Delhi, India. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for managing merchandise displays, maintaining stock and inventory, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize customer experience. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on fashion trends, ensuring visual merchandising excellence, and assisting customers in finding products that match their preferences.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in Retail and Sales to manage inventory and meet sales objectives.
• Understanding of Sales & Marketing to promote products and boost store profitability.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate stock management and aesthetic displays.
• Passion for fashion and familiarity with current trends is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a retail or fashion environment is preferred.
