Retail Manager – Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO)

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to lead our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) for our Brand BASICS by HASBRO CLOTHING (P) Ltd.

What You'll Do
1. Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the store's revenue performance—achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Track and optimize key metrics like footfall, conversion rates, ABV, and customer loyalty.
- Lead from the front in upselling and cross-selling excellence.
- Conceptualize and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement quick, data-backed actions.
- Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
2. Lead Store Operations Excellence
- Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations with a sharp focus on efficiency.
- Drive store KPIs while maintaining high operational standards.
- Oversee billing, inventory, and stock availability with precision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Supply teams for smooth execution.
3. Build & Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of store staff and Territory Managers.
- Allocate responsibilities and track performance to maximize productivity.
- Develop team capabilities through ongoing training in sales, service, and product knowledge.
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and positivity.
- Create an environment where people love to work—and perform their best.
4. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a premium and consistent brand experience.
- Handle escalations with empathy and efficiency.
- Drive customer loyalty initiatives to build repeat business.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
5. Own Planning & Business Insights
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis and insights.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Present actionable insights, challenges, and plans to leadership.
