Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Leasing Professional to drive leasing and business development activities for retail spaces across malls, high-street developments, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail leasing, brand acquisition, lease negotiations, and market expansion within the Delhi NCR and Gurugram markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach national, regional, and local retail brands for leasing opportunities

• Drive retail leasing and expansion activities across malls, high-street, and commercial developments

• Conduct site visits, catchment analysis, market surveys, and competitor mapping

• Handle end-to-end leasing activities from prospecting to store opening

• Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, fit-out periods, LOIs, and lease agreements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, brokers, landlords, leasing consultants, and IPCs

• Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, tenant mix reports, and market intelligence reports

• Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams for seamless deal execution

• Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and retail expansion opportunities

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands and leasing opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, or commercial leasing

• Prior leasing experience in Gurugram / Delhi NCR market is mandatory

• Strong experience in brand acquisition, lease negotiations, and retail expansion

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Strong relationship management and business development abilities

• Good understanding of lease agreements, LOI documentation, and retail fit-out coordination

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM preferred

• Strong network with retail brands, brokers, leasing consultants, and IPCs

• Candidates from retail leasing, mall leasing, retail expansion, commercial real estate, or developer backgrounds preferred

• Own vehicle preferred for client and site visits

Preferred Location

• Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR / Gurugram will be preferred

• Relocation candidates will not be considered
