Job Title: Retail Interior Designer / Architect
Location: Bhiwandi
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retail Interior Designer / Architect with strong experience in retail design, store planning, and execution drawings. The candidate should be capable of developing innovative retail concepts and converting them into practical execution-ready designs aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative retail store concepts, layouts, and design presentations
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and execution layouts
- Create 3D designs, render views, and presentation boards
- Plan store zoning, customer flow, fixture placement, and space utilization
- Select materials, finishes, lighting concepts, and retail fixtures
- Coordinate with production, project, and execution teams for implementation
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with client requirements and manufacturing feasibility
- Modify designs as per project requirements and management feedback
- Support project execution with technical detailing and design clarifications
- Prepare BOQ and material specifications when required
- Review site measurements and coordinate for accurate implementation
- Maintain design standards for brand consistency across projects
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar presentation software
- Good understanding of retail fixtures, display systems, and material applications
- Strong technical drawing and detailing capability
- Good presentation and visualization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
Experience
- 2 to 5 years in retail interior designing / commercial interior projects
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail showroom, garment store, or commercial project designing
- Strong practical understanding of production feasibility
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
