We are looking for an experienced Retail Expansion professional to drive our offline growth across India. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with malls, developers, and franchise partners, along with hands-on experience in FOFO, COCO, and LFS expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail expansion and location acquisition across India.
- Identify and finalize high-potential stores for FOFO, COCO, and LFS formats.
- Manage relationships with malls, leasing teams, and franchise partners.
- Negotiate rentals, lease terms, CAM charges, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct market analysis, catchment study, and competitor mapping
- Drive franchise onboarding and expansion growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store launches.
- Track expansion targets and market opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Leasing, or Business Development.
- Strong network with malls, developers, and retail brands.
- Experience in FOFO and LFS expansion is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Candidates from Fashion, Apparel, Kidswear, Lifestyle, Footwear, or Retail brands preferred.
