You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store launches from site identification, lease signing, to store handover. You shall ensure timely delivery with budgeted cost and adherence to brand design and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify cost-optimised retail locations.
- Lead lease negotiations with property owners, developers, and brokers.
- Collaborate with legal teams for contract finalisation and compliance.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of new stores (Layout BOQ Execution Handover).
- Prepare project timelines and cost estimations; track project progress vs. schedule.
- Ensure quality control during construction, fixtures, signage, and store fit-outs.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in retail expansion, project management, or real estate
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder handling.
- Ability to read architectural drawings, BOQ, and design layouts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).
