- Coordinate end-to-end execution of new store openings
- Track timelines and ensure projects are completed as per schedule
- Work closely with internal teams, architects, and vendors
2. Fit-Out Coordination
- Ensure store interiors are executed as per finalized plans
- Follow up on materials, finishes, fixtures, and installations
- Maintain consistency across stores
3. Project Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Act as the central point of coordination between all stakeholders
- Proactively track progress and resolve delays
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
4. Store Readiness & VM Alignment
- Support final store setup before launch
- Coordinate basic visual merchandising alignment
- Ensure stores are ready from both execution and presentation standpoint
