Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock summary, manage damages and shrinkage, and ensure product availability.
• Display stock as per planogram guidelines.
• Ensure cash compliance and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards in the store.
• Follow grooming standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in training programs and implement learnings in daily operations.
