Retail Credit-Televerification-BL
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role is a part of CCPA Site Delivery Team.
- The incumbent will be responsible for Tele verification of the processing files and verifying the data written in the documents provided by the customer.
- The role is important for verification of customer data.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Connect with the customer over telephone for verification of the data over the call and the data provided in the documents.
- Highlighting the disconnect between the data over the telephone and in the data provided in the documents,
- Analyze the TVR audit data and prevent for any fraudulent activity that might occur due to TVR processing.
- Should have good communication skills to interact with the customer and fetch the information.
- Should be well spoken in regional language to connect with customer easily and overcome communication gap.
- Storing the information about completed work in designated locations and format to analyze the processed information.
- Dealing with sensitive & private information of numerous customers securely and with confidentiality.
- Following security and regulation policies of the organization and operating within the provided guidelines
- Process the information within defined time by maintain quality parameters and coordinating with support teams to meet service level agreements.
Required work experience
- Industry: Tele services/BPO
- Years of experience: 1 to 2
