Position description:

Retail Credit-MIS Executive-PL

Primary Responsibilities:

• This role is a part of CCPA Delivery Strategy Team.
• The incumbent will be responsible for generating reports & other functionality of MIS of CCPA.
• The role is pivotal in transforming CCPA into a Best-in-Class processing unit.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create excel templates for data collection and extraction. Collate and consolidate raw data from various sources for Reports. Transform the raw data to metrics using MS Excel & other tools.
• Working on data of complex products that involve various stakeholders and data points to consolidate and create a set of reliable data.
• Contribute to daily analysis calls, identify campaign requirement gaps (if any) and get it clarified from Managers/HOD.
• Contribute to project scope, priorities and find innovative ways to meet objectives and analyze the data of processing and provide a clear and dependable view
• Responsible for publishing process reports at Daily Weekly & monthly frequency. Manage MIS Documentation and SOP to ensure business continuity Good in VBA to design macros to automate daily task.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS Data warehousing.
• Generate interactive dashboards and publish reports accurately as per specifications and within TAT.
• Reevaluate the clients reporting requirements and enhance effectiveness of dashboards/reports. Generating adhoc reports to give better view of progress for all employees.
• Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements. Maintain, enhance and report various internal data that can be used for preparing Executive Leadership presentations
• Responsible to maintain a data repository should be able to retrieve data quickly with limited guidance. Analyze data and provide recommendations to stakeholders
