Position: Retail Cluster Manager–Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Cluster Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores within the Chennai cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and leading store teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple store operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities Sales & BusinessPerformance

Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of cluster sales targets.

Monitor store-wise KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.

Analyze business performance and implement action plans for improvement.

Ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives. Team Leadership &Development

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and policies.

Conduct regular store audits and operational reviews.

Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.

Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and retail teams.

Support hiring ,onboarding ,training, and performance management initiatives.

Salary: 40,000 + 20,000 Incentives.

Willingness to travel (Must)
