Requirement

Responsibilities:
- To drive the enterprise vision for retail through strategic planning, operational management and good leadership of people. Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management.
- Maximize profitability by exceeding store sales plan, KPI goals and driving store sales targets for the team.
- Analyze current and future outlet sales trends, proactively identifying business opportunities to improve salesmetrics.
- Build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.
- Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire! Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.
- Build the concept, Implement across outlets, Manage and oversee store merchandising and responsible to maintain store look and feel in a compelling and exciting manner, while in accordance with company directives.
- Consistently ensuring the outlet is fully stocked with merchandise, managing inventory levels, and product flow.
- Maintain procurement processes for all outlets related to Retail.
- Overseeing retail inventories and ensuring minimum deviations.
- Directly recruit, hire and develop the store team to success, coaching staff through consistent feedback to create a team of strong brand ambassadors with excellent customer service via regular on floor visits and periodic engagement.
- Work on strategic vendor collaborations.
- Drive brand awareness and brand advocacy to exceed projected goals to include teaming up with partners to raise awareness across the regions.
- Ensure competent market analysis and insights to contribute towards business strategy.
- Cross functionalcollaborationswith Enterprise marketing, operations team to engage with existing clientele.
- Working with the Marketing team to plan out the retail marketing strategy and how to acquire new clients.
- Developing Training content and conducting training workshops for teams followed by assessments.
- To provide leadership to all areas of the Academy so that it is able to deliver well rounded growth across all categories of the course.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Should at least be a University Graduate (minimum education), with a Degree or Diploma or equivalent in any field/stream. Those with relevant education (degree/post-degree/professional/additional certification courses) shall be preferred. Post-graduates with a Business Management degree/course (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA and alike) shall be preferred but not compulsory.
Experience
Should have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience in management and retail sales with proven track record or equivalent experience.
