Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and classic banking customers, ensuring deep engagement and strong relationship management.
  • Drive sales and cross-selling of banking products including:
  • Current Accounts, CASA
  • Life Insurance (LI) and General Insurance (GI)
  • Demat Accounts, investment products, and other retail banking offerings
  • Acquire new clients through branch walk-ins, references, and outbound activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer onboarding experience and seamless integration into classic portfolio services.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer solutions based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail branch banking sales, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the HNI and classic portfolio segment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and influence clients through trust and credibility.
