Job Description

Document verification of Retail – Letter of Credit & Bank Guarantee within TAT and zero error (Initial & Extension / Enhancement cases)
CPU Tray and processing of FFT & DI with zero error and within TAT
Arranging data & documents pertaining to projects; participation in automation projects
Preparation of MIS in Excel; familiarity with Excel formulas
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations (PPT)
Responding to emails and telephone calls on time to avoid reminders, complaints, and escalations
Completion of any adhoc activity assigned by Team Leader / Unit Head
