About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Retail & Mall Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing activities across our retail stores and mall locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail store marketing, mall activations, promotions, branding, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns across retail stores and malls.
• Coordinate mall activations, promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activities.
• Manage in-store branding, POSM, signage, displays, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with mall management, vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Plan and execute store-level promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Support new store launches, festive campaigns, and promotional events.
• Track campaign execution, store footfall, and customer response.
• Conduct competitor and market visits to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage marketing vendors and ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
• Prepare campaign reports and analyse marketing performance.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility across all retail touchpoints.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Mall Marketing, BTL Marketing, or Store Marketing.
• Candidates with experience working with retail brands, shopping malls, or retail marketing agencies are preferred.
• Preferred Brands like Lavie, Caprese, Bath and body works , SkyBags , Nyakaa .
• Strong execution, coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
