Corporate Training Manager

Location: Pan India / Multi-Location

Department: Operations & Training

Reporting To: Corporate Head / Operations Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Corporate Training Manager to lead and execute structured training programs across our restaurant and bar operations. The role demands expertise in both on-site and remote training delivery, ensuring consistent service excellence, product knowledge, and operational standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training modules for restaurant and bar staff across all outlets.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions during new store openings, audits, and performance improvement cycles.
  • Deliver remote training programs via digital platforms to ensure continuous learning and scalability.
  • Lead structured training on:
  • Food Menu Knowledge (ingredients, preparation, upselling techniques)
  • Beverage & Drink Menu Training (alcoholic & non-alcoholic, pairing, responsible service)
  • Service Standards & Guest Experience
  • SOPs, Hygiene & Compliance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align training with brand positioning and campaigns.
  • Create and maintain training manuals, SOP documents, and digital learning content.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development programs.
  • Support outlet teams in improving sales, upselling, and customer engagement.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager in Restaurants / Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong expertise in staff training (both remote & on-ground).
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu engineering, and service standards.
  • Experience in training for food, beverages, and bar operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-location training programs.
  • Proficiency in using digital training tools and LMS platforms.
  • Strong leadership mindset with a passion for people development and coaching.
