Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing and training staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns, and driving overall team performance. The individual will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations while fostering a positive dining experience.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage and motivate team members effectively
  • Proficiency in customer satisfaction and customer service to enhance guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain organized records and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
