A fine dining continental restaurant is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support day-to-day front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and lead the service team during shifts while maintaining quality, freshness, and hospitality.
Operations & Guest Experience
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure warm, friendly, and consistent guest service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of dining areas
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support FOH team members during service
- Assist in training new team members on service standards and menu knowledge
- Allocate duties and manage shift rosters effectively
- Foster a positive, high-energy, team-oriented work environment
Service & Quality Control
- Monitor service flow, table turns, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure menu knowledge and upselling of food and beverages
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Administrative Support
- Assist Restaurant Manager with daily reports, cash handling, and inventory checks
- Support compliance with SOPs, audits, and brand guidelines
- Help manage stock levels for FOH supplies
Desired Candidate Profile
- 24 years of experience in a restaurant or casual / premium dining environment
- Prior experience as Supervisor / Captain / Shift In-Charge preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operations
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
