We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen and delivery operations, ensure adherence to established processes, maintain food quality standards, and focus on outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing a lean team, monitoring food cost and wastage, optimizing staffing schedules, and maintaining efficient workflows for smooth service delivery. The role requires daily interaction with staff and customers to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and overall operational excellence.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and conflict resolution within a food service or restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated ability in ensuring high Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service experiences.
• Strong Communication skills for effective team coordination, conflict resolution, and customer engagement.
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of food safety, preparation standards, and cost management.
• Ability to maintain a disciplined, process-driven approach to optimize efficiency and manage resources effectively.
• Experience in the cloud kitchen model or high-volume food service is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
