What You'll Be Doing
. Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
. Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
. Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks
. Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
. Assist in training and guiding team members to improve service standards
. Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checks
. Carryout any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
What we're looking for
. Prior F&B or hospitality experience is preferred
. Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
. Team player with leadership potential
