Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Restaurant Manager, based in Kochi. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, overseeing food and beverage services, handling hiring and training, and ensuring that all operations comply with health and safety regulations. The role also involves preparing reports, managing budgets, and enhancing the overall efficiency and profitability of the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest
  • Experience in Hiring and team management to recruit, train, and lead a skilled restaurant staff
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with team members, customers, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations to oversee daily preparation, service, and quality standards
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is highly desirable
