Club Feast is a national corporate catering platform that connects companies with great local restaurants to run reliable meal programs at scale. The Role

We're looking for a Restaurant Partnerships Associate to grow our restaurant partner network across U.S. markets. This is a fully remote role during U.S. business hours, and a major part of it is cold outreach (calling and email). You'll identify promising restaurants, connect with owners and decision-makers, and own the full process from first contact through signing and onboarding—building your own pipeline along the way.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and cold-outreach high-quality restaurants across your assigned markets
• Connect with owners and decision-makers and clearly communicate Club Feast's value
• Qualify, manage, and close new restaurant partnerships
• Coordinate with Restaurant Operations for smooth onboarding
• Maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot and follow up consistently
• Share market insights and restaurant feedback with the team

• Successfully onboarding new restaurant partners
• Building a reliable outbound pipeline
• Understanding market-level supply needs
• Becoming a trusted contributor to marketplace growth

Who You Are

• A confident communicator who can connect naturally with decision-makers
• Comfortable with outbound calling and email outreach
• Able to lead business conversations and move opportunities toward a decision
• Goal-oriented and motivated by clear targets and performance incentives
• Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
• Strong written and spoken English
• Available to work during U.S. business hours

Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, restaurant operations, or partnerships is a plus.

Compensation

$1,500/month on-target earnings (base salary + monthly performance bonus). You'll have the stability of a fixed base plus monthly commissions tied to your performance.
