Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused restaurant manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with experience in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
  • Control operational costs and improve profitability
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and location)

Working Hours

  • 9–10 hours per day
