Full-Time | Reports to Area Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead caf operations, inspire teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience for our growing coffee brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has strong leadership ability, and can drive both operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee complete day-to-day caf operations including staff management, service standards, and inventory control
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and maintain SOP compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Monitor customer experience and resolve concerns professionally
- Handle stock management, supplier coordination, and cost control
- Manage daily cash handling, sales reporting, and operational budgets
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies for revenue growth
- Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained
- Support local marketing initiatives and business growth activities
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / General Manager in caf, QSR, or F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of P&L, budgeting, and sales analysis
- Experience in inventory management and operational controls
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
Preferred Skills- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience in customer engagement and service improvement
- Familiarity with POS systems and reporting tools
