Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, achieve sales targets, train staff, oversee kitchen functions, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective service and menu management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures
- Forecast financial requirements and schedule expenditures by tracking, monitoring, and analyzing sales, labor, and food cost variances
- Deliver efficient, professional service to meet customer needs and resolve service failures promptly
- Provide operational leadership to enhance restaurant efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction aligned with the organization's service culture
- Train staff continuously and communicate operational updates to maintain high service standards
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and compliance
- Monitor product and service quality while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
- Comply with operational procedures and complete administrative and paperwork requirements as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business management is advantageous
