We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and deliver world-class service across our caf and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the caf to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff across service and retail teams to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and consistent service.
- Customer Experience: Create an atmosphere where every guest feels valued, welcomed, and inspired by our clean-eating philosophy.
- Inventory & Stock: Manage and track stock levels ensuring accurate reporting and smooth coordination with purchase and warehouse teams.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, budgets, and profitability while implementing cost-control measures.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across all operations.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on performance to management.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in restaurant/caf management (premium or lifestyle F&B experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations, stock, and finances effectively.
- Passion for food, wellness, and building great customer experiences.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
