Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Subway, located in Chennai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of food preparation and guest service. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining compliance with company standards, and handling administrative tasks such as inventory and reporting. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive dining experience and address guest needs effectively.
- Experience in Hiring and team management to build and lead a motivated restaurant staff.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, guests, and stakeholders professionally.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to oversee food quality, safety, and compliance with Subway standards.
- Prior leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
