Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Ernakulam, Trivandrum, Trissur and Calicut. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service, managing food and beverage quality, and coordinating with staff members to maintain a seamless dining experience. The role will also involve employee hiring and training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with other team leads to enhance overall operational efficiency and drive business success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to promote an outstanding dining experience
• Excellent Communication abilities for interacting effectively with staff and customers
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and operations
• Experience in Hiring and managing a team
• Ability to address challenges proactively and make data-driven decisions
• Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
