Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Karnal. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, manage the food and beverage offerings, and drive overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive dining environment. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will implement strategies to optimize customer experience and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience of Food & Beverage operations in a hospitality or restaurant setting
• Experience of Bar & Lounge Restaurant.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
