Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant & bar operations
- Manage bar revenue, inventory & cost control
- Lead, train & motivate service and bar teams
- Ensure premium guest experience & complaint resolution
- Handle staff scheduling, recruitment & performance
- Maintain FSSAI, excise, and safety compliances
- Drive sales through upselling, events & promotions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Genral Manager/Unit Head
- Strong background in Cafe, Lounge & Bar operations
- Excellent knowledge of bar operations, inventory & costing
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to handle peak-hour operations & nightlife crowd
- Willing to work flexible shifts
