This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Haryana, India. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring performance, resolving customer concerns, and handling food and beverage operations. The Manager will also focus on providing an exceptional guest experience to uphold the PYRAMID brand standards.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Proficiency in Hiring and staff management to build an effective, high-performing team
• Exceptional Communication skills, including team leadership abilities and conflict resolution
• Experience and expertise in Food & Beverage operations
• Ability to lead by example and maintain operational excellence
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry
• Previous managerial experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
