Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager (Multicuisine Restaurant) located in Jaipur. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless functioning of front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, developing schedules, resolving customer concerns, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role involves upholding hygiene, compliance, and safety standards while fostering a welcoming and positive environment for both team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Multi Cuisine Restaurant experience required
• Strong team leadership, staff management, and employee training skills
• Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and operational planning
• Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proven ability to maintain quality standards, hygiene protocols, and safety compliance
• Financial acumen, including cash handling, budgeting, and cost management
• Effective communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an asset, but not mandatory
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
