Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar, Mohali, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth operations, and profitable business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete restaurant, lounge, and bar operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
- Handle staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Manage bar operations, inventory, cost control & vendor coordination
- Drive sales through events, promotions, and upselling strategies
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and sales teams for smooth operations
- Prepare daily reports, sales analysis, and MIS
Requirements:
- Minimum 26 years experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
- Prior experience in Cafe, Lounge & Bar is mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of bar operations, liquor laws & inventory control
- Target-oriented with strong business and cost-control understanding
- Local candidates from Mohali/Chandigarh preferred
