Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager (KFC) at Autogrill, located in Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, maintaining food and beverage quality, meeting sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires efficient coordination of restaurant processes, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure guests have a positive dining experience and address any concerns effectively.
- Proficient in Hiring and managing restaurant staff, including conducting interviews, onboarding, and staff training to maintain high performance.
- Excellent Communication skills for managing team dynamics, addressing customer feedback, and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality standards, compliance with regulations, and menu optimization.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service management is highly beneficial.
