Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at our Thammanam location. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing hiring and training processes, ensuring adherence to food and beverage quality standards, maintaining inventory and supplies, and developing strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue. The role also involves addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Timings from 11:30AM till 11:30PM. ( Meals Included )

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain a guest-focused environment and address feedback effectively.
• Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Coaching staff to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and customers effectively and professionally.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage team dynamics and oversee day-to-day operations successfully.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
