Job Description:
Operations Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Maintain restaurant facilities, equipment, and inventory.

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor service standards and continuously improve the guest experience.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
  • Prepare work schedules and manage staff attendance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching where necessary.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure staff adhere to company policies and service standards.

Food & Beverage Quality Control

  • Ensure all Thai dishes and beverages are prepared and served according to restaurant standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management.

Financial Management

  • Monitor daily sales and restaurant performance.
  • Control labor, food, and operational costs.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and POS system operations.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
  • Minimize wastage and control inventory costs.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer traffic.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in organizing special events and seasonal promotions.


Job Requirements:

  • Min Degree in hospitality management, business administration or related fields.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and night shift
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
