Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure anexceptional guest experience, and drive overall restaurant performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and supporting our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to uphold brand standards
  • Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and cost control
  • Plan and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team on marketing, promotions, and events
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with all regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations software is a plus
