We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of a premium cafe in Calicut location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage inventory control.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer footfall and sales.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for both customers and staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
