Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mashel for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing hiring and training processes, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels. The role requires effective collaboration and leadership to ensure operational efficiency and an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Proven proficiency in Hiring and managing staff, including training and performance management
- Excellent Communication skills for seamless coordination with team members and customers
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on quality and service standards
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire the team effectively
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and solve problems under pressure
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
