Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing all operational / financial activities of the restaurant
- To ensure the general functioning of the restaurant, to follow the budget and income / expense flow, to prepare weekly reports (sales, cost control, loss, etc.) and to report to the relevant units
- To ensure that the necessary preparations are complete before the opening/ service; to check whether the works specified in the opening, closing and weekly checklists are fulfilled, to ensure that they are fulfilled
- Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of their team; always prioritizing employee happiness and belonging
- Coaching and leading the team
- Creating the weekly work schedule of the team, making the relevant entries to the system and following them, ensuring their harmonious work
- Keeping customer satisfaction at the best level with food safety, hygiene, quality, service and speed and constantly increasing it
- To represent the brand in the best possible way
Qualifications
- University graduate (preferably Business Administrations or Tourism and Hotel Management Department, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of Food and Beverage (preferably in the restaurant or food industry)
- Have knowledge of the general operation of the restaurant
- Able to work in shift system
- Inclined to team work and successful in team management
- Giving importance to professional and personal development
- Business and result oriented
- High communication skills
- Developed planning and organizational skills
- Having knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene rules
- Able to use MS Office programs at a good level
- Intermediate level of English
