Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Agra. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring food and beverage performance, maintaining quality standards, and implementing effective operational processes. The role also includes hiring and training team members, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
  • Ability to recruit, hire, and effectively manage team members
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and leadership teams
  • In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards and trends
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in restaurant management is highly desirable
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar field is preferred
