Restaurant General Manager – Somersault & Dalcheeni | Raipur

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced General Manager to lead operations across two premium brands under one roof — Somersault, a premium indoor playzone, and Dalcheeni, a fine dining vegetarian restaurant specialising in Indian and multi-cuisine — spread across 11,000 sq ft at Currency Tower, VIP Road, Raipur.

The role covers:

• Day-to-day operations across both F&B and entertainment
• Team management, service standards, and guest experience
• Vendor coordination, inventory, and cost controls
• Revenue oversight and reporting to ownership

We're looking for someone who:

• Has prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment operations management
• Is a strong people leader with high attention to detail
• Open to relocating to Raipur
