Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Restaurant General Manager at Chili's Grill & Bar at Pacific Mall. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, optimize profits, maintain food quality and safety standards, and build a strong, engaged team. Responsibilities include managing financial performance, resolving customer concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial performance and efficient resource allocation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to uphold a superior guest experience
• Experience in Hiring and team development to recruit, train, and retain effective team members
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to implement and maintain operational standards and health regulations
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in restaurant management roles is highly valuable
