We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Chef to join our team full time at Vibez Estates premises in Bengaluru. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, ensure hygiene and safety standards, and manage food inventory. Responsibilities will include crafting innovative menus, supervising the kitchen team, and creating a memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining exceptional food quality and service. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to culinary excellence.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety protocols
• Expertise in Culinary Skills, including creativity in menu creation and specialized techniques
• Experience in Food Service operations and kitchen management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Chef is highly desirable
