Kohe Caf is a premium, experience-driven caf in Hyderabad, known for its thoughtfully curated menu, warm hospitality, and stylish ambiance. We are now hiring an experienced Caf Manager to lead operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and bring a warm, professional energy to our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the caf including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory, hygiene, and customer service.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and management teams.
Maintain high service standards, managing both dine-in and takeaway experiences.
Lead, train, and motivate the caf staff to ensure excellent guest interactions and teamwork.
Monitor customer feedback, handle queries and complaints gracefully, and continuously improve service quality.
Work with chefs and owners on menu planning, pricing, and presentation.
Maintain control of operating expenses, stock, and supplies while maximizing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Represent the brand with a pleasant personality, strong communication, and a professional demeanor.
Candidate Requirements
7+ years of experience managing fine cafs, boutique coffee shops, or premium hospitality outlets.
Strong understanding of caf operations, menu planning, and customer service excellence.
Exceptional communication skills in English and local languages.
A pleasant, well-groomed personality with leadership presence and customer empathy.
Strong organizational, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
