We are looking for an experienced, energetic & guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our premium brewery, bar & kitchen operations.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in premium restaurants / breweries / bars

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations & service standards

• Excellent team leadership & staff management skills

• Strong understanding of guest experience, upselling & revenue generation

• Ability to manage high-volume operations with confidence

• Excellent communication, grooming & leadership skills

Your Role:

Lead the floor, drive service excellence, build a high-performing team and ensure every guest experience at Porche is memorable.
