- Drive quality governance by defining QA processes entry exit criteria risk based testing approaches and quality metrics dashboards proactively communicate quality status risks dependencies and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Strengthen test data practices by partnering with business data and environment teams to ensure the right data is available at the right time coordinate data provisioning refresh schedules masking compliance needs and reconciliation across releases and environments
- Operate effectively in a consulting delivery model by managing multiple projects and changing priorities collaborating with distributed teams and ensuring alignment with product owners developers and program stakeholders on scope timelines and quality outcomes
- Guide junior testers on automation best practices TDM processes and overall testing discipline across projects provide mentorship on framework standards code reviews and reusable component design
Technical Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software testing with hands on exposure in Test automation and at least one of the following mandatory skills TOSCA Pega testing
