We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Rest Assured and Selenium to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automated testing, particularly in web and API testing, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Rest Assured framework.
• Execute automated test cases and report defects based on test results.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and functionality.
• Perform regression testing and ensure application quality before release.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
• Proficient in API testing using Rest Assured framework.
• Experience with Java programming language for test automation.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
